Nuh Building

An urban renovation and reactivation project that recovers an existing building to transform it into a contemporary housing model focused on suites. With 9 levels and 58 units, the design completely rethinks the interior layout, prioritizing natural light, views, and the incorporation of terraces and open areas.

Located in the established González Suárez sector, one of Quito's most valued residential enclaves, the project integrates respectfully and strategically into the environment, offering a new reading of urban housing targeted at a young and active public.
